Course Details

 

Class Days: Mondays from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

Course Hours: Course duration is 4 weeks.

Course Cost: Course cost is $80,000 JMD

Certification

 

The units outlined in this course are NCTVET curriculum based units. Upon completion of this course, The Face Place Institute certificate is awarded. The Face Place certification are clustered units from the NVQJ qualification plan.

• Double wax pot/warmer (for heating both soft and hard wax simultaneously)
• Wax strips/Calico (1 yd)
• 2 Flat Sheets
• 1 Roll Paper Towel
• 2 Facial Towels
• Soft and Hard Wax (all purpose/chocolate/honey)

• Cotton
• Tweezer
• Spoolie Brush
• Scissors (Brow)
• Powder
• Assorted Spatulas (fudge stick): Small (eyebrows/face) | Medium (bikini/underarms) | Large (legs/back)

• Wax remover/oil
• Alcohol
• Spray bottle

• Disposable gloves (nitrile or latex-free)

• Trash bags

• Towels (small and large for full leg and arm draping)
• Aloe vera gel (optional, for post-wax soothing)
• Small mirror (for self-check or precision after a full face wax and to enhance the consultation for shape of brows before and after)
